Please note: Due to the closing of many of our library systems, we are canceling the Marketing & Outreach Interest Group this quarter. Please stay tuned for information about the next meeting once we are able to resume regular operations.

Your library provides exceptional services and program, but how do you connect them to users and community partners? Join us as we discuss and share the various methods of Marketing and Outreach that we use to promote programs, services, and collaborations. We encourage you to come and share your marketing and outreach triumphs and stumbles so that we can all grow and learn together.

Interest Group Facilitator: Victoria Hapner

Victoria Hapner is the Volunteer Coordinator with the Clay County Public Library System. She started her library career in 2005 in North Manchester, Indiana. She has held multiple positions from Children’s Services to Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. She has a passion for promoting library services and embedding her library into the community. Victoria has a strong belief that everyone can find a space in the library, we must simply invite them in.

Cost: NEFLIN Interest Groups are free of charge and are open to NEFLIN members only. Registration is strongly encouraged.
