Is it job security? Sure, all of us want that, don’t we? Perhaps you think of higher wages. Again, I’ll drink to that!

But when we dig a little deeper to find what employees really want in a supervisor, the answers may surprise you. Then again, if you really took some time to reflect on the human species and how we move through the world, the answers may not surprise you at all!

Since we rarely take time to actually reflect on the human species, it’s likely that we haven’t had time to ponder what our staff members may really crave. That’s exactly what we’ll do in this 90-minute webinar.

Linda has been developing and conducting training workshops for libraries and other organizations for more than fifteen years. She offers workshops on topics ranging from Leadership Skills to Emotional Intelligence – and lots of areas in between!

Linda received her MBA from the University of Florida and has years of experience in hands-on management positions. She develops her workshops based on solid research and – more importantly – real-life application. Linda is also certified with DDI and Achieve Global.
