RDA for Audio and Video Materials - Webinar (09/21/22)

Our series for sharpening your RDA skills ends (for the moment) with this more specialized topic. Describing Audio and Video resources has changed dramatically in the transition to RDA from AACR2. This webinar will help you understand what you need to know to improve your practical knowledge on the job.

There are no prerequisites for taking this webinar, but general knowledge and competency in using RDA is assumed. If you need a little more knowledge before taking this webinar, please see the July and August offerings on our Continuing Education schedule.

Virtual Trainer: Emily Nimsakont

Emily Nimsakont is a trainer for Amigos Library Services. She previously worked as Head of Cataloging and Resource Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Schmid Law Library. She holds a master’s degree in library science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

This is an online class. Access information will be emailed one week ahead.

Cost: NEFLIN classes are free of charge for Florida library staff. Registration is required for all classes and NEFLIN members get priority.
