CapiraMobile creates a digital extension of your library with direct integration with your ILS, event calendar, and more. The easy-to-use management console allows you to control functionality and design of the app, push multiple types of notifications, and complete contactless self-checkout — all customized to fit the needs of your community.

This app can seamlessly work with any ILS provider, Event Calendar system, and more, including OCLC resources like WorldCat. Learn what fellow public libraries from coast to coast are promoting and offering in their CapiraMobile apps including Sarasota County in FL.

Jessica has had the great joy of working with public and academic libraries for over the past eight years. Previously with Capira Technologies, which was founded by all in-house library staff, Capira Technologies, along with Jessica joined OCLC in 2020. OCLC is continuing building CapiraMobile to be the most customized, intuitive patron facing app for libraries while utilizing the many wonderful tools and resources available from OCLC within the app.

Cost: NEFLIN classes are free of charge for Florida library staff. Registration is required for all classes and NEFLIN members get priority.
