Advanced Canva: Getting the Most Out of Canva - Webinar (10/05/23)

Elevate your Canva skills with an interactive workshop. This course builds on Canva fundamentals and provides techniques, strategies, and creative insights to produce professional-grade visual content.

During the session,

  • learn to create marketing and educational videos,
  • utilize advanced design features to improve engagement and workflow,
  • bring new features with Canva apps,
  • develop creative strategies for your library to achieve brand recognition and reach your target audience.

Virtual Trainer: Diana Silveira

Diana Silveira Diana Silveira is a librarian and president of Novare Library Services where she works with libraries to develop, implement, and utilize technology effectively. Previously she worked at the Tampa Bay Library Consortium and the Charlotte Mecklenburg, NC Library. She has an MLIS from UNC-Greensboro and a BS in psychology from Catawba College.

Her book Library Technology Planning for Today and Tomorrow is available through Amazon and the Rowman & Littlefield Website.

This is an online class. Access information will be emailed one week ahead.

Cost: NEFLIN classes are free of charge for Florida library staff. Registration is required for all classes and NEFLIN members get priority.

This project was funded either under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act from the Institute of Museum and Library Services or the Library Cooperative Grant program. Florida’s LSTA and LCG programs are administered by the Department of State’s Division of Library and Information Services.

For FY2022-23, the total state and federal budgets for NEFLIN's programs are $688,109. 42% of the total costs ($288,109) are supported by federal funds, and 58% of this program ($400,000) is supported by state funds.
