As our BNI region continues to grow we are looking at the talent within our past leadership teams to enhance our Ambassador ranks and beyond towards potential Directorship. As such, we would like to extend this invitation towards joining our team of motivated professionals.

WHY: With the development of our current chapters and new BNI4Success chapters forming, we are pleased to announce openings to join the BNI Greater Los Angeles management team. In order to provide an enhanced level of support, training initiatives and social events to our chapters, we are looking for more BNI Directors to join our Management Team. We do this via the role of Ambassador to assist the Directors with the intent to move on to be the next generation BNI Directors within the region.

WHY NOW: BNI4Success is growing in the greater Los Angeles area and we want to continue to grow. We currently have four Directors doing a fantastic job, and with the expected growth, we are looking to expand the management team. Here's a quick snapshot of the current BNI Los Angeles Region:
* Highest all-time average number of members per chapter at 29.5
* All-time high pre-core with two chapters in formation
* Rolling out BNI Executive Chapters in our LA East/DTLA Region
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates. You will receive full training and support to enable you to carry out this role. Acting in the capacity as a Consultant -- and reporting to the Executive Director -- the successful candidates will:
* Cultivate and support up to four chapters in a regional area within Los Angeles
* May provide support and leadership to one or two Ambassadors
* Attend up to four chapter breakfast meetings every five weeks in addition to their current chapter meetings
* Participate in the monthly management meeting with other Directors
* Assist in the various functions and training sessions throughout the year
Ideal candidates:
* Has been a member of BNI for at least 6 months-perhaps having served on the Leadership Team
* Are committed to the BNI philosophy "Givers Gain"
* Practice the "BNI System"
* Are eager to be a teacher/mentor/coach
* Continuously strive for personal growth and development
* Demonstrate supervisory abilities
This is also a unique opportunity for the right people to network and develop relationships with other like-minded and motivated business professionals as part of the BNI Management Team and to assume a prominent role in the Los Angeles regional operation.
