 Use the Sensing and Planning/Bragging/Complaining techniques to identify and evaluate referrals.

¨ Create a referral introduction.

 ¨ Set-up a referral.

Referrals Mindset will take the work out of helping you to find referrals for your members and your members to find referrals for you.. It does not have to be work but with training in Active Listening and proper planning it can be a simple endevour.
