• Open Meeting of Jewish Funders Network’s National Affinity Group on Jewish Poverty (Tuesday 12:30-5pm) - no charge
  (12:30pm lunch, 1:00 – 5:00 pm programming)
• JFNA Aging & Trauma: 2020 Training Workshop (Tuesday 12-5:30pm at the Fairmont Dallas and Wednesday 9-3pm at the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center of Dallas) – $90/one day or $175/both days
  (Tuesday includes a kosher lunch and Wednesday includes a kosher breakfast and lunch. We will provide a one-way bus from the Fairmont to the JCC on Wednesday morning.)
  JFNA subgrantees and other colleagues in aging services are invited to explore the latest research and practice implications for serving Holocaust survivors and other older adults with a history of trauma. This Training Workshop is mandatory for Critical Supports subgrantees, Delta and Echo cohort subgrantees, and optional for all other cohorts, NJHSA members, non-members, and other aging service providers.

DISCOUNTS
We are pleased to offer Group Discounts to NJHSA member agencies sending four (4) or more staff to the Conference. We will deduct $75 for each full registration over the 3rd registered attendee (from the member agency). Following attendance at the conference, a rebate check will be prepared and sent to the agency. Please direct questions to Karen Rosen.

A $100 charge will be applied to cancellations. No partial refunds will be made. No refunds will be issued after April 3rd.

I hereby grant permission, without reservation, to the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (NJHSA) and Jewish Federations of North America (“JFNA”) to take and to use photographs and/or sound/image recordings of me, to describe and to use the same for promotion of good will, public education, and/or fundraising and other related activities of NJHSA and JFNA, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) or finished version(s) of works, including web site, incorporating the photograph(s).

I release NJHSA and JFNA, its officers, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, licensees and assignees (including photographers), from all claims that I may have or might have, for any cause of action arising out of taking and/or use of the photographs and/or any sound/image recordings, and/or description of the same, be it blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use of composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking of the photographs, or any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product, unless it can be shown that they and the publication thereof were maliciously caused, produced and published solely for the purpose of subjecting me to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity. 

I agree that NJHSA and JFNA owns the copyright (or may apply for copyright) in these photographs and other works and creations, and I hereby waive any claims I may have based on any usage of the photographs or works derived there from in any form, may it be printed, projected, televised or transmitted via the web, and/or at any time, be it in the present or in the future, including, but not limited to claims for either invasions of privacy or libel.

I am of full age and competent to sign this release. I agree that this release shall be binding on me, my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns. I have read this release and I am fully familiar with its contents.
