153rdAnnual Communication

Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M.

September 17-18, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and Grand Master’s Steven L. Hall Edict, the 153^rd Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. of Idaho will be a virtual meeting through ZOOM software.

Selected Grand Lodge Officers will meet on Thursday September 17, 2020, at 09:00 am MDT to open Grand Lodge as per Idaho Code & Digest, Section 103 Annual Communications. Once Grand Lodge is open, the Grand Lodge will be called from Labor to Refreshment, until Friday September 18, 2020, at 10:00 am MDT. No business will be conducted on Thursday September 17, 2020.

 We are asking all Worshipful Masters, Senior Wardens and Junior Wardens to register as voting members of your lodge. Worshipful Masters, you are to notify all your lodge Past Masters so they can register.

 All Grand Lodge Officers, if you are a WM, SW, JW please register as the lodge officer.

On Thursday afternoon a ZOOM meeting link, will be sent to the pre-registered members ONLY. This link will allow you to join the Friday business session Please do not share this link with any other members.

ONLY REGISTERED VOTING MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FRIDAY SESSION, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INDIVIDUAL ZOOM SESSION TO HAVE YOUR VOTED COUNTED.

After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within one day, please contact the Grand Lodge Office at (208) 343-4562

Please log in to the Friday ZOOM meeting early, so as not to hold up the meeting.

When you join the Friday ZOOM meeting please change your meeting ID to (your name, Lodge, # , your office)
Example: (Monte Bollar, Initial Point 98, Secretary)

Make sure you have your video and audio turned on.
You must have video and audio capabilities.
