40-Hour Basic Mediation Training 

This 40-hour mediation training presented by Dr. Pamela Kreiser and the OC Human Relations staff is appropriate for any individual who wishes to develop better personal or professional conflict resolution skills as well as for those who plan to become professional mediators. Successful completion of the training which exceed the requirements of the Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA) qualifies the new mediator to participate in DRPA mediation programs across the state of California.

30 hours of the  training will involve interactive engagement with the training staff on the Zoom platform with 10 additional hours of assigned learning activites to take place between training sessions.

The cost for the 40-hour training is $525 ($495 with early registration). 

NOTE: Any cancelation/refund requests must be in writing and received by June 1st. A $25 administrative fee wiil be charged for cancelations. No refunds will be issued after June 1st.
