    About Our Speakers
    Peter Bryant and Paul Wimer from Clareo Partners will be presenting the Go To Market Strategy class. Clareo Partners is a strategy-consulting firm designed to inspire and achieve transformational growth for enterprising businesses. Clareo develops targeted strategies to drive growth through innovation, expansion in new markets, development and commercialization of new ideas, corporate entrepreneurship, and venturing and licensing.

    Peter Bryant

    Mr. Bryant is an executive business strategist with more than 30 years of experience developing and driving high-growth strategies for companies in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe. He has advised executive teams at a range of enterprises, from emerging businesses to Global Fortune 500 companies. His expertise extends to myriad sectors including resources, energy, CPG and technology. He has held senior leadership roles, such as CEO and COO, at global companies, including General Electric and Computer Associates.

    In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Bryant is a serial entrepreneur, having been CEO/President for two emerging technology companies, Co-Founder of an enterprise software services company and continues to be an active advisor to startups and a mentor for accelerators Clean Launch, Founders and Innovation Pavilions.

    Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

    He is a Senior Advisor to the investment bank Q Advisors, a Senior Fellow of the Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN) and a board member of the  Colorado Innovation Network (COIN). He is also a member of the invitation only, world class New Zealand Program and holds numerous board positions, including a directorship at a nonprofit for underprivileged children.

    Paul Wimer

    Paul Wimer has more than 25 years of experience assisting companies, from start-ups to Fortune 100 businesses, with corporate strategy development in a variety of industries. His experience spans domestic US and international trade.

    Prior to joining Clareo, Mr. Wimer was a founding managing director at Topspin Partners, a NY-based venture capital and private equity firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of investing. His concentrations included enterprise software, business services, cleantech, consumer products and Internet services.

    He also served at Andersen Consulting, where he led the Manufacturing and Operations Strategy Practice in the Americas. He began his career in manufacturing with Procter & Gamble.

    Mr. Wimer holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and a MBA from Harvard University.
