Resilient Kids Social Meet-up

The Resilient Kids Group is a support group for families affected by parental mental illness and addiction. The focus of the group is to help children build resiliency skills which include:

• Identifying and managing feelings (enhance emotional literacy); 
• coping with negative feelings (practicing skills such as asking for help); 
• developing friendships, social skills and having fun with other kids with similar experiences.    

Join our FREE social meet-up on August 30th open to families who have or are going to participate in the Resilient Kids Program, to learn about the program's features and benefits while connecting with other parents in your community.
