Pathfinder Clubs are asked to gather and record their Membership Data on a quarterly basis. Current club membership data reports are due on the first of November, February, and May. This November quarterly report is required to be submitted by Thursday, February 1, in order to qualify for Club of the Year / Honor Club of the Year.
