Cost:
ALL Adventurers 4 yrs and older: Online $10.00 / On-Site: $15.00
Adults: No charge
Children: Under the Age of 4 are free
Fees are non-refundable.

FL Conference accepts checks (post-marked by Feb 25th).  

Please make checks payable to Florida Conference.

 

Registration/Check In: 
Online Registration Closes: February 27
On Site Registration Opens: March 3 at 8am.

Registration/Check In Policy:  After online registration closes, the only way to register for the event is to show up and register onsite, if there is onsite registration available.  The fee will be increased and some materials may not be guaranteed.  Please DO NOT contact our office after the Registration deadline.  We need this time to make final preparations for the event.  We will take care of your added/new registrations onsite.  Please do not plan to arrive before the scheduled Check In time.  Just make sure you have all your papers in order when you get into the line to Check In and have payment ready.

Drivers: 

All adult drivers transporting children, other than their own biological children, MUST be approved by their club. Directors: Please clicking on the following link and follow the instructions: DRIVER QUESTIONNAIRE CHECKLIST 

All drivers, transporting children other than their own biological children, MUST have $100,000/300,000 auto insurance policy and $10,000 PIP (Personal Injury Protection).

15 Passenger vans are NOT ALLOWED for any event or for any reason.

Is your Adventurer Club providing an exhibit for Fun Day?
Clubs Exhibit needs fit the theme. You are provided a 10x10 foot area to exhibit.

Food Vendors (limited to 5 Vendors, first come first serve basis)
Deposit Fee: $50.00 (check), it will be returned after site inspection.

There's NO patch for this event.
