State Pathfinder Drill Training

Any members of Pathfinder Clubs can attend, especially new members.  Those interested in becoming Drill Master or Master Guide will benefit the most as part of their training.

Please bring a pen and paper to take notes.

Registration Closes: October 9 at midnight. 

Housing Registration Opens September 26                                                       Housing options are available. First come first served.

Cost: $7 There will be NO onsite registration! 

Event fee policy: No refunds will be given, however tickets are transferable to another person. This is a club to club transaction. Conference office will not assit or follow-up with this.

8:00pm - 9:00pm: Worship service

Saturday

8:00am - 8:15am: Flag raising.

8:20am - 8:45am: Introduction, Worship service, Group assignments

9:00am - 11:30pm: Session 1

11:30am - 12:00pm: Main worship

12:00pm - 1:30pm: Lunch

1:30pm - 3:30pm: Session 2

4:00pm – 6:00pm: Session 3

5:30pm - 6:00pm: Flag lowering.

6:00pm - 7:00pm: Dinner

7:00pm - 8:00pm: Flag retirement ceremony

Sunday

8:30am - 8:45am: Flag raising

8:45am - 11:00am: Summary, Q&A.

 

There will be no onsite registration! 
You must be registered to be allowed on campus.

Sterling Volunteer:

ALL Staff (18+) attending the event MUST be cleared in these two ways:

1) Have completed their online training (ncsrisk.org/adventist.com)

2) Have printed proof of clearing the background check

Any adult volunteer planning to attend should COMPLETE this process at least 2 weeks prior to the event start date to allow time to process the background check and get the report. If the adult is not cleared, please do not register them for the event.

What to bring:

  • If staying in tents - bring your camping gear and equipment, tents, sleeping bags, pillows, towels, flashlights.
  • If staying in lodging - bring beddings, blanket, towels, pillows.
  • Bring your own food.
  • Bring camp/folding chairs/flash light.
  • Bug spray, drinking water, toiletries, comfortable clothes, and anything you might need.
