Strategizing with Stress (Virtual) 

Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to demands we face. People may experience challenges with stress. Over time, high levels of stress can lead to serious health problems. This class is designed to help improve understanding of stress’ effect on our personal and professional lives, techniques to improve management and how to interrupt the stress cycle.

Training delivered via Adobe Connect. You will receive an e-mail with the classroom link 24 hours prior to start; please ensure your computer is compatible with Adobe Connect prior to class. Computer/laptop device preferred for full participation; use via phone limits interaction options during class.
