Managing your books is the key to financial success in business. In this workshop, you will learn basic accounting terms and practices, read and understand financial statements and learn when it is appropriate to hire a bookkeeper or CPA. This workshop is required before attending the Quickbooks training scheduled for May 14th.
Facilitator: Alex Muchinsky
Alex is a certified public accountant licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He is an experienced finance and accounting professional having previously been a merger arbitrage analyst and proprietary equity trader. He holds a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University, an MBA in finance from the University of Maryland at College Park, and an MS in Accounting from Baruch College CUNY. Alex is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
