Episcopal Cursillo Ministry Conference 2023

The 2023 Episcopal Cursillo Ministry Conference will be held in Alexandria Va at The Virginia Theological Seminary on September 21-23, 2023  It is a chance to connect with Cursillo leaders from all over the country, worship together, and grow in our abilities to bring Christ into our environments through the Cursillo MInistry. We look forward to greeting you in Virginia!  You will want to scroll down and determine which workshops you want to attend before registering.  While we want to encourage as many participants as  possible, we realize that for some, post covid budgets are strained.  Limited financial support may be available through the ECMC Leadership Assistance process.  Grant application process is found in the "Helpful Hints and Best Practices" tab in our website---https://www.episcopalcursilloministry.org/best-practices--- Simply submit the grant application through your Secretariat using the instructions found on the form.   Deadline for Grant submission is 10 August 2023. 

Please read about the Hotel Registration carefully

The Hotel that will provide our overnight accomodations is Marriott Courtyard Alexandria Pentagon South, 4641 Kenmore Avenue, Alexandria Va, 22304.  We have a rate for a Single KIng $109 plus taxes and fees and a rate for a double queen $119 plus taxes and fees. This block room rate ends on 15 August.  You can still try to make a reservation but at the regular rate after 15 August.  You can make a reservation by contacting the hotel at 703-751-4510 and mention you are with the Episcopal Cursillo Conference  (ECMS) in September. The hotel web site is CourtyardPentagonSouth.com   The Hotel has a shuttle from Regan Int Airport and will provide shuttel service from the hotel to Virginia Theological Seminary. You may ask for the same rates for Wednesday and Saturday night if travel requires you to stay later or arrive earlier
