Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $150 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.

Miami-Dade Police Department's Global Cargo Theft Symposium
This four-day seminar will feature national law enforcement and industry experts and will provide extensive instruction on current trends and innovative methods utilized by criminal enterprise networks specializing in cargo theft. The course will illustrate recent cargo theft cases, showcasing current investigative techniques and how the use of modern technology can be applied to solve complex cases. Specific instruction will include interview and interrogation, surveillance techniques, social media investigations, and case study review. The seminar has been designed to meet the demands placed on law enforcement, industry security specialists, private investigators, and the insurance industry. This seminar also represents a great networking opportunity with nationwide law enforcement and industry leaders.

*Please note there are a limited amount of rooms reserved at the special negotiated rate. Early room reservation is highly recommended. Reservations must be made individually no later than 30 days prior to the start of the course.
