CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $100 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.

2022 Investigating a Mass Casualty Incident 

Are you ready to properly investigate a Mass Casualty Incident?

This 40-hour course is for both crime scene technicians and investigators alike. The purpose of the course is to provide extensive insight and hands-on training for police personnel involved in the investigation of a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI). Lessons will cover mass casualty accidents, natural disasters, and violent attacks. Topics will be delivered through PowerPoint, lectures, and accounts from highly experienced personnel. You will hear from experienced Crime Scene Investigators, Homicide Detectives, a Medical Examiner, Lab Technicians, Public Information Officers (PIO), evidence detection and cadaver dog handlers, victim advocates, mental health professionals, among others involved in the processing and investigation of a Mass Casualty Incident scene. At the conclusion of this course, attendees will understand and be able to demonstrate the use of resources when responding to Mass Casualty Incidents, document these scenes, and apply the Incident Command System (ICS) concept.
