The Barnacle Society invites you to the Bayou Bash at The Barnacle and a concert by the legendary blues band, Iko Iko.

Enjoy a New Orleans-style party and blues concert as we celebrate the 168th birthday of Commodore Ralph Munroe, one of the founders of Coconut Grove. Grab a Hurricane Katrina cocktail and peruse the fabulous deals at the silent auction before settling in to a traditional Louisiana-style crawfish boil supper and then rock out to legendary Blues Band, Iko Iko. Let the good times roll - Laissez le bon temps rouler - while you support this treasure of a park.

Add an additional $25 to your ticket purchase for the  VIP Bubbles and Bourbon event.  Your Add-on Ticket will get you early access to the park and a preview of the silent auction items, along with a fabulous Bubbly and Bourbon sampling event from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.

The menu includes an authentic Crawfish Boil supper, with crawdaddies flown in from Louisiana the morning of the event.  A Crawfish Boil is similar to a Maine Seafood Boil, but with more spices! There will also be a vegetarian veggie boil.  Adding to the New Orleans flavor will be Mufalatta sandwiches in the style of the world famous Central Grocery on Canal Street in the Crescent City.  King Cake finishes off the meal. In keeping with tradition, whoever gets the baby hidden in the King cake wins a prize.

Tickets are sold individually and in discounted tables of ten. The VIP Ticket Add-on is only sold in conjunction with an event ticket.  The number of tickets is very limited, so purchase yours before we are sold out.  Attire is Coconut Grove Casual.
