COVID-19 Considerations and Protocols

The State of Oregon has the second lowest rate of COVID-19 cases in the country. However, we will have attendees traveling to the event from other states. Out of respect for everyone’s safety, we are encouraging the following precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Rapid Test: All attendees are encouraged to take a COVID-19 test within 24 hours of arrival to the event.
  • Stay home if sick: Please do not attend the event if you feel sick or test positive for COVID-19.
  • Masks: Masks are encouraged, but not required.
  • Free: Masks, hand sanitizer, and limited rapid test kits will be available at the conference.

Parking at the DoubleTree garage is free for all attendees. Registrants who are staying the night at the hotel will receive a parking validation pass at check-in. Those who are just coming for the day will receive parking validation tickets each day at the event check-in table.

PPRC has a limited amount of travel scholarship funds available for programs that need financial assistance to attend the event. If anyone in your program is interested in attending and needs financial assistance, please download the travel scholarship form, fill it out, and email to:

Ed Gonzalez, egonzalez@pprc.org

PPRC may be communicating with you if additional detail is needed. Thank you.

Note: Typically, a travel scholarship covers a portion of the overall cost to the event, and the scholarship recipient is expected to cover the remaining portion.
