Northwest NJ SCORE, Chapter 24

Entrepreneurial Workshops at FDU - From Contacts to Clients - Manage Your Customer Relationships

We'll show you how using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system will:

-Save time by having all of your customer information in one place

-Increase efficiency by focusing on revenue producing activity

-Reduce stress by having information organized and knowing what you need to do

-Boost sales by making sure that all opportunities get the right amount of attention.  No clients fall through the cracks!

The first step is to consider the journey that potential clients make in becoming your customers. What stages do they need to go through, and what help can you provide at each?

Let's get a good system in place to keep track of customer relationships. With Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, you store all of your contact information in one place that includes calls, meetings and emails. As leads progress into Deals, you can track what stage each deal is in to make sure you are spending your time most effectively.
