As the Director of the Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a former senior executive in the public, private and nonprofit sectors and a business consultant to small businesses, Dale Caldwell witnessed firsthand the ways that the entrepreneurial mindset helped leaders become very successful. In his book, “Intelligent Influence” he outlines a four-step process that will help people transform their mindset from “incremental” to “entrepreneurial.” This workshop will help small business leaders make this transition.

About your instructor:

Dr. Dale G. Caldwell has more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and 20 years of experience as a management consultant and executive coach. His professional background includes roles as a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, deputy commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and executive director of the Newark Alliance. Dr. Caldwell also taught graduate courses at Rutgers University.

Dr. Caldwell is an accomplished athlete who has completed three marathons and earned national rankings in duathlon, tennis and triathlon.
