In today’s world of accelerating change and increasing demands, our ability to process and embrace change is more critical than ever. TPHP5® uses a blended approach of synchronous and asynchronous e-learning to examine our effective and ineffective thinking patterns. Participants are guided in applying the concepts and principles to address current and future challenges. 

Each participant will also be given the opportunity to complete a Personal BluePrint™ survey-based assesment. We use the data from your BluePrint™ report to highlight the mindset qualities and thinking patterns that give rise to certain behaviours at either a personal, leadership or organisational level.  

The BluePrint™ process identifies 5 Mindset Factors each consisting of 3 distinct Mindset Qualities. It gives feedback on 45 enabling beliefs; and 45 constraining beliefs, all of which are verified as having a critical impact on individual and organisational effectiveness.
