Our Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Training is offered virtually four days, October 26-29. Each class meets from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with a lunch break. The course is filled with lectures, practices and role plays that will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of how to analyze a system in order to identify the root causes of problems.
