Our Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Training is offered virtually four days, October 18-21. Each class meets from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The course is filled with lectures, practices, and role-plays that will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of how to analyze a system in order to identify the root causes of problems.
