2019 ADSC Mid-West Chapter Fall Meeting

& Golf Outing 

 

The ADSC Mid-West Chapter invites you to attend our 2019 Fall Meeting & Golf Outing held September 11th in Vernon Hills, IL. Breakfast will be available between 6:15 - 7:15 at Hotel Indigo with a shuttle leaving the hotel at 7:30 for the golf course! The event will be a Four-Man Scramble with a 9:00AM Shotgun start! We look forward to seeing everyone at the course to enjoy a fun round of golf while supporting the ADSC Mid-West Chapter! Following our round, lunch will be served at the golf course while we have our chapter meeting & prize ceremony.

Reservations must be made online by following this link, ADS. Reservations must be made by August 28th to capture group rate. Room fees are $119 per night + tax and includes breakfast and shuttle service to and from the golf course!
