Connecting with Customers Conference

The 2012 Connecting with Customers Conference will be presented by The Great Game of Business. We again will be offering two workshops: the first aimed at employees, managers and owners, and the second focused primarily on managers and owners.

1st Workshop, 8 AM - 10 AM

Driving Team Performance with Mini-Games™:

Connecting with your customers requires an engaged staff, and nothing does this better than involving them in the process of implementing profitable opportunities. Mini-Games™ are self-funding incentive plans designed to rapidly pursue an opportunity within your business. In this highly-interactive workshop, staff & management will gain the skill-set and confidence they need to design and apply effective mini-games for immediate use in their own organizations, a direct take-home that will drive business results.

2nd Workshop, 10 AM - Noon

Know Your Plan B: Contingency Planning & Innovation:

How do you identify the opportunities worthy of becoming a part of your business? In this session, managers & owners will be introduced to a proactive process of narrowing down the list of opportunities to those that will ensure long-term growth and success. Participants will be given a unique tool to identify, capture, rank and prioritize innovative products, services and business ideas so that you can give the customers what they want while creating profits.
