Weekend 4: October 12-14

A spiritual weekend retreat, that is uniquely Anglican, where the Holy Spirit can move to personally transform participants to more actively engage in Christian prayer life and mission.

The invitation is now open to 25 people who desire spiritual growth and who want to shape the development of a new and unique program. This fourth Pilot Project weekend Retreat takes place from October 12 - 14 at Camp Elphinstone in Gibsons.

This subsidized two-night retreat include all meals/snacks and materials. The facilities are modern cabins that include a common lounge, private showers and rooms with bunk beds; two people per room (Participants need to bring their own bedding and towels.) Each participant is asked to contribute $75 towards the cost. Evaluation of the weekend experience will be an important contribution to the success of this unique Pilot Project. Clergy are welcome to attend with their parishioners.

Retreat goals are:

To support participants as they broaden and deepen their experience of prayer in their everyday lives and activities.
To inspire the energy, creativity and commitment of the next generation of Anglicans as they engage the communities where God has placed them.
