About the Featured Speakers:

Paul F. Levy is the former CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, serving from 2002-2011.  Previously he was an adjunct professor at MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning from 1992-1998, executive director of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority from 1987-1992, and chairman of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities from 1983-1987.

  null Dr. Tobias Barker is the Chief Medical Officer of CVS MinuteClinic. His strategic focus is the development of MinuteClinic’s innovative TeleHealth program and the creation of joint clinical programs with clinical affiliates. Dr. Barker has more than 15 years of experience in medicine.  Prior to joining MinuteClinic, Dr. Barker was the Director of Global Programs for the consulting arm of Partners Healthcare and Harvard Medical School.  Previously, Dr. Barker held multiple leadership roles at Brigham and Woman’s Hospital in Boston. He is a graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Yale University.  He recently received a Masters in Health Care Management from Harvard.

Fay Donohue is an Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University.  Previously, Fay led both Dentaquest and Delta Dental of Massachusetts as CEO, transforming and scaling these organizations during her tenure. Ms. Donohue continues to serve as chair of the National Institute of Children’s Health Care Quality and as a gubernatorial appointee to the Massachusetts Health Information and Analysis Oversight Council.


Dr. Rushika Fernandopulle is CEO of Iora Health, a national innovative healthcare delivery company, and a physician who has spent more than ten years involved in efforts to improve the quality of healthcare delivered to patients. He was the first Executive Director of the Harvard Interfaculty Program for Health Systems Improvement, and served as a Managing Director of the Advisory Board Company.

Rob Graybill is Vice President of Product and Sales Strategy for Vitals, a leader in the transparency space.  Previously he was CEO of Compass Healthcare Advisers, which was acquired by Vitals in 2014.  Rob is part of the team that created SmartShopper, the first transparency program in the country to combine transparency with consumer rewards resulting in significant savings for consumers, employers, and health plans.  He brings over 20 years of health insurance and financial service experience in various roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fleet Boston Financial, and Andersen Consulting.
