EXHIBITORS
EXHIBIT INFORMATION
All breaks and breakfast will be located in the main exhibit area. Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend all sessions and meals. A portion of the exhibitor fee & wine table event is used for the Rural Michigan OsteoCHAMPS Scholarship.
EXHIBIT DATES & HOURS (times are subject to change)
- Thursday, November 9th, 11:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
- Friday, November 10th, 7:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
EXHIBIT SET-UP & DISMANTLING (times are subject to change)
Set-up time: Grand Ballroom AB
- Wednesday, November 8th, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, November 9th, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m
Dismantling:
- Friday, November 10th after 9:45 a.m.
VENDOR CARD DRAWING
- Each exhibitor is required to bring a gift
- Drawing encourages conference participants to network with exhibitors to obtain signatures
- Winners will be displayed in the exhibitor area
ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
- MCRH staff will assign the exhibit space as each Exhibitor and Sponsor registration is processed
- MCRH will contact exhibitors prior to conference of your assigned booth number
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be in written format and received by Friday, October 20, 2017. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be deducted from each refund. All refunds will be processed after the conference. No exhibit refunds will be made AFTER October 20, 2017. Should a guest cancel hotel resevations, please contact Shanty Creek Resorts by November 4th.

- Guest Room Rate: $85.00 per night
- Studio Parlor Room Rate: $105.00 per night

- Exhibit space is a standard 8-foot exhibit table
- TWO representatives may register
- Organization's name, contact information, logo, and brief description will be listed in the Exhibitor/Sponsor booklet included in each participant's folder

- Attendance to all sessions
- List of attendees will be sent one week prior to conference
Lanyard Sponsor: $800
- Your company name and/or logo will be exclusively advertised on conference lanyards

Wine Table Sponsor: $650 *NEW!
- A cash bar & wine table event will occur at Thursday's reception
- Participants will pick a wine bottle of their choice
- $20 per wine bottle
- Various types of wine will be available in value of $15 - $30 per bottle. Wine will be purchased by MCRH, NOT by sponsor
- Allows participants to visit with exhibitors and network with other attendees at the conference
- Wine Table Sponsor may stand at wine table & greet attendees with MCRH staff
Beverage Ticket Sponsor: $1,000
- Representative(s) from organization will pass beverage tickets out and greet attendees at reception
- Includes full-page ad in Exhibitor/Sponsor booklet
Personalized Key Cards: $600
- Your company name and/or logo will be exclusively advertised on Shanty Creek Resorts Room Key cards
- Company can choose to print on both sides - the magnetised strip needs to be taken into account. Dimensions: 4" in length and 3" in width
