SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITES
Companies may purchase a full page (7 1/2 x 10 inches) or double page (15 x 20 inches) portrait-style, black and white advertisement. Ads need to be emailed to the Michigan Center for Rural Health - no later than April 13, 2018 in a jpeg, gif, or Word format.
LODGING
All representatives from each organization are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

EXHIBITORS
EXHIBIT FEE AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The exhibit fee is *$700 per 6-foot skirted table. (Please check the size of your exhibit materials to ensure that they fit on the table. Any exhibits that do not conform to size may be rejected at the discretion of the Michigan Center for Rural Health.) Please indicate if electricity is needed on the registration form. Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend all sessions and meals.
Each exhibitor may have two representatives in attendance per booth. Exhibitors are required to register booth representatives in advance on the registration form. Additional representatives may be added at $270 per person.
*$100 of this fee is contributed to the Rural Michigan OsteoCHAMPS Scholarship Program.

VENDOR CARD DRAWING
Each attendee is given a vendor card that lists all conference exhibitors. Attendees are encouraged to obtain signatures from each exhibitor in order to be eligible for the gift drawing. The gift drawing will take place on Friday morning prior to the final break.
All exhibitors are asked to contribute a gift for the drawing. Please indicate your gift on the registration form.
The winning names will be displayed in the exhibitor area with the name of the gift from the exhibitor. Each winner will need to visit that exhibitor’s table to claim their gift during the last break on Friday morning.
ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received with accompanying payment. No applications will be processed until payment is received via check or credit card. Exhibitor space will be assigned based on the order in which MCRH receives payment. Booth assignments will be sent out via email on April 27, 2018.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
Applications for exhibit space must be accompanied with the exhibit fee in order to confirm booth assignment. No application will be processed without this fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to mrchaa@hc.msu.edu 30 days prior to the start of the conference for a full refund. Any cancellations made in writing to mcrhaa@hc.msu.edu with less than 30 days notice prior to the start of the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for space that is not utilized during the conference.

MCRH will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor's property through fire, theft, accident or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
