Partner UP! CrossFitOP will be hosting their annual Team competition at CrossFitOP this year! All competitors are welcome. This year's divisions include individual Teens, and Rx, Masters, and Scaled teams for Men, Women, and Co-ed.
Friday, January 31st, 5pm - 9pm:
The Teen Division is an individual competition for ages 13-17. There will be a minimum of 2 WODs for the Teen Division. Registration cost is $50 per teen.
Saturday, February 1st, 8am - 8pm:
Rx Men's, Women's, and Co-ed Divisions are 2-Person team competitions held on Saturday. There will be a minimum of 4 WODs. Registration cost is $190 per team.
Sunday, February 2nd, 9am - 5pm:
The Masters Men, Women, and Co-ed Divisions are 2-Person team competitions for ages 40 and over. There will be a minimum of 4 WODs for the Masters Division. Registration cost is $190 per team.
New this year! Team Grit will have a Scaled Division for Men, Women, and Co-ed teams! There will be a minimum of 4 WODs for the Scaled Division. Registration cost is $190 per team.
All events will be judged. Cash prizes plus other winnings will be awarded to the top teams in all divisions.
A portion of this year's proceeds will go towards H.E.L.P. for the Homeless and 31 Heroes.

Competitors who are ready to work hard and have fun! Spectators are encouraged to come, enjoy the event and cheer on the athletes.
