SUMMER SHRED consists of three high-intensity workouts per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30pm) PLUS a structured Nutrition Challenge for maximized fat burning and muscle building!
For $299 you will be coached through fun, unique workouts, receive individualized Nutrition advice, personalized, custom meal schedules, and daily accountability from our coaches and your Summer Shred team!
The Nutrition Challenge will help you balance your caloric-intake to properly fuel your workouts while at the gym and keep you on track while outside the gym! Focusing on both your fitness level and your diet will help you see and feel lasting results with our 6-week program!
Workouts will consist of strength & cardio to help you increase muscle-mass and decrease body-fat while you improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, develop strength, and build confidence!!
