The SOURCE Consortium: Haitian Culture 

The SOURCE October Consortium features Bekah Wickham and local Haitian parents who will present on migration, Haitian and U.S. cultural norms, Immigrant Welcome Center resources, and a call to action for community partners.

In this consortium, participants will

• examine their own social identity and culture,
• demonstrate learning and awareness about Haitian culture,
• identify ways to support immigrant neighbors.

Presenter: Bekah Wickham serves as the Manager of Training and Resources with the Immigrant Welcome Center located in Indianapolis, Indiana. She uses her education in Community Development and passion for helping the immigrant population to work to create a welcoming and thriving community for all neighbors.
