Presented By: Sarah Merritt has over ten years of experience in both the private and public sector of human resources.  She has dealt with recruitment, training, employee relations and counseling.  As a consultant she has worked with small companies with less that 10 employees to a hotel with over 700 employees. She has an MS degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University and an MBA from the Drucker School of Business at Claremont.
