Arguably the most determinate factor in the success of a project, effective risk management is all about enabling the project to reach its successful conclusion.

In this webinar, we will address the myths and misconceptions that surround risk management and discuss what it really means to be risk tolerant/adverse. We will also explore the brain science behind how we process risk and how we can compensate for our own miss-perceptions.

About the Facilitator:
David Donaldson is a Program Director with TidalShift Inc. He is a seasoned facilitator, trainer, courseware developer, and consultant with over 20 years of experience building and delivering solutions for clients across North America.

David brings a unique style and perspective to the sessions he facilitates. His deep-rooted belief that one needs to master the core essence of a concept before moving forward, keeps his sessions grounded and makes the key learning objectives more relevant and applicable (a difficult task in today’s world of quick fixes and miracle cures!). David is often praised for breathing life into the subject matter he teaches and giving his students a unique, holistic experience.

David holds a Change Management Practitioner (CMP) Designation from APMG, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) from The Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD). He is an active member with The Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD) and recently completed his Master’s Certificate in Adult Training & Development, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to development for himself and his students.
