2015 ITE/IMSA SPRING CONFERENCE

Welcome to the homepage for the 2015 ITE/IMSA Arizona Spring Conference.  Here you will find everything you need to know about this year’s conference.  Interested? – don’t wait – REGISTER NOW by using the link at the bottom of the page. 

Conference activities begin on Tuesday, February 24 with our annual golf and tennis tournaments.  This year golf will be played at Stonecreek and tennis will be played at the Gold Key Racquet Club,  The details are provided in the attached flyers for golf and tennis. 

We expect a full complement of vendors displaying all the latest products, which makes our industry one of the best.  The conference includes continental breakfasts on both days and break times with snacks so that you can visit the exhibit area, network with business associates and meet new people.  The annual dinner and casino night begins at 5 pm on Wednesday. 

The technical sessions open on Wednesday, February 25 with our keynote speaker, Dr. Robert Bertini.  Dr. Bertini's primary research interests are in sustainable transportation solutions, ITS, and data for performance measurement.  You can read more about Dr. Bertini in his bio.  In addition, the program committee has assembled an outstanding group of speakers and session topics that are sure to stimulate discussion. For vendors and exhibitors, view the detailed exhibitor information.  The cost is $900 for one booth and $1600 for two booths.  The exhibit booths will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, so please complete your registration as soon as possible!  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.

Please note that early registration ends February 17, 2015.  After February 17, the registration fees increase.  Also, all credit card payments are processed through paypal, you don't need a paypal account to pay by credit card.
