Human Asset Strategy

FEE $25.00

Successfully hiring, retaining and leading good employees are key strategies to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.  Human Asset Strategy involves the calculation of ends, means, ways, and risks.  Good employees expand your brand, provide outside expertise for growth and increase the depth of talent in the organization.  Too often, hiring in a small business is a haphazard event, undertaken with no plan or due diligence.  Taking time to prioritize this key area of your business and developing some proven and consistent hiring and other HR practices will prevent employee problems down the road.
