Operation Cherrybend Clays Fundraiser

22 veteran suicides a day is 22 too many. Lets pull together as neighbors and a community to help bring veterans together to build upon their support network.

And, let's face it...getting this crew together is just a DANG good time!

This is a Sporting Clays fundraiser with the net proceeds going to Operation Cherrybend, a 501c3. This organization works to organize events for our veterans as well as the OpCbend September Retreat. The proceeds will be used to bring in combat wounded veterans and provide a place for them to stay as well as adventure and hunting for the week of the annual September Retreat. The hope is to bring people together to celebrate our military hero's and to build a strong network of support in the battle against veteran suicide.

How can I participate--I'm not a shooter?

Answer: Get a team together, sponsor a team, or sponsor a Station (with your name or logo on it)to participate!

Team: $400 for 4 shooters

Station Sponsor: $100 Includes a sign w/logo at a shooting station and on event media.

Event Title Sponsor: $1,000 Includes a sign at the Big Barn at Registration, on the main course, and on all event media and news releases. (Call or email to inquire.)

1pm Clays Tournament Begins (Shotgun Start) on the 12 Station Course in the Hickory Grove

3pm Awards following the shoot

The Golden Ticket Shoot-out gun giveaway will be following the awards.

Event Details

Entry Fee is $400 per Team

Each Team will consist of 4 shooters

100 clay birds included in entry--Only scored on the first 50 targets. 2nd round may be played for fun after the awards ceremony.

Lunch is included with entry sponsored by City BBQ.

Each participant must provide their own shells.

Golden Ticket Shoot-Out

(5) Five names will be randomly drawn for a shoot off at the Wobble Station for the gun (sponsored in part by Country Attic Treasures) after the main event. (One spot is reserved for a Veteran participant ticket.)If there is a tie, there will be an elimination shoot off. Last one standing wins the gun!

Each entrant receives one ticket for the Golden Ticket Shoot-Out. (Team of 4 gets 4)

Additional chances for the drawing may be purchased the day of the event. (Net proceeds are donated to OpCbend.)

This event is Non-Refundable. This is a fundraiser. Participants may be substituted if necessary.
