Black on the Block is a business expo and free community event open to the general public and is an opportunity to support your local community and make a difference in mental health via good food, performances by local musicians, fun, and community-building.

Black on the Block is brought to you by Tomorrow's World non-profit (501c3 and The Black Chamber of Commerce Inland Empire. Tomorrows World (est. 2001) is licensed by the state of California to serve mentally ill and chronically homeless men. The Black Chamber of commmerce contiues to suppoort the growth and success of local buisnesses.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON EVEN IN THE INSTANCE OF EVENT POSTPONEMENT OR NON ATTENDANCE ON THE PART OF VENDORS.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PER THE CITY OF RIALTO ALL VENDORS (EVEN THOSE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RIALTO) MUST HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPO.  THE DEADLINE TO OBTAIN PERMITS IS 3/15/19 .  IF YOU DO NOT OBTAIN THIS PERMIT BY THE DEADLINE ONE CAN BE ACQUIRED IN YOUR NAME FOR A FEE OF $20 PLUS THE COST OF THE PERMIT ($5).
