Working Effectively with Your Board of Directors

At our next forum Jeff Hahn, Principal of Real World Strategies LLC, will present and answer questions on how to improve the partnership between the executive director and the board of directors.

Registrants will receive a 3-question survey to help help customize the content of the forum to best reflect the needs of those leaders in attendance.

MEET JEFF

Jeff brings 35 years of Fortune 500 leadership experience to his work with nonprofits. Over the past eight years, he has helped a wide variety of nonprofits plan for their futures, build partnerships and improve their boards' effectiveness. Jeff received his Masters of Science degree in organizational systems from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
