Please join me for a fall wellness retreat October 4th 4-6pm PDT from the comfort of your own home. Learn self-care tips to stay resilient and boost the immune system this fall season. Workshop will include yoga and Ayurveda techniques for calming the nervous system including reduced breathing, guided relaxation for PTSD, and acupressure/wellness tools for anxiety and trauma. Participants will learn nourishing tools for supporting self-care at home and receive handouts and a recording of the workshop.
