February Wellness Retreat 

Please join me for a Wellness Self-Care Retreat 4-6pm PDT from the comfort of your own home. This retreat will teach breath practices based on the physiology of the respiratory system and gentle yoga to nourish our heart chakra and cardivascular system. We will begin with a presentation on the latest research on functional breathing and discover the benefits of diahragmatic breath that supports not just our yoga practice but can be an aide to reduce anxiety, nourish our heart and create more vitality in our lives. We will end with relaxation techniques that help smooth muscle relaxation, reduce inflammation and decreases our stress response. Participants will receive handouts and a recording of the workshop.
