IACP invites you to join us in Washington, D.C. for the 22nd Annual Compounders on Capitol Hill – the only conference that takes pharmacy compounding issues to the steps of Washington, D.C. Exhibitors and sponsors can take advantage of face-to-face networking with the top compounding pharmacists in the profession.

Below is an application for your review. Read the application, rules and regulations carefully. Complete the application with the signature of your company’s authorized representative.

Confirmation e-mails and hotel equipment order forms will be sent to exhibitors once the completed commitment form has been received. Additional information about the educational programs and special events will be forthcoming.

Exhibitor Upgrades and Pricing

Premium Exhibitor – $5,000 ($4,250 for Corporate Partners) (Only 4 available)
– Booth: One 10’ x 10’ located in the Exhibit Hall near the meal buffets. Conveniently located in the center of the Hall, you will get maximum exposure to attendees.
– 2 Exhibitor Badges, including access to all education sessions, Welcome Reception, and Capitol Hill Closing & Debriefing Celebration.

Exhibitor – $4,500 ($3,750 for Corporate Partners)
– Booth: One 10’ x 10’
– 2 Exhibitor Badges, including access to all education sessions, Welcome Reception, and Capitol Hill Closing & Debriefing Celebration.
 

In addition, all exhibitors will receive:

• Recognition in conference materials and on-site signage.
• Acknowledgement on IACP’s website: www.iacprx.org.
• Acknowledgement in IACP’s bi-weekly newsletter, Capitol Connections and the meeting newsletter.

Premium Sponsorship Level $6,500 +

As an added benefit when your company sponsors $6,500 or more in sponsorships (does not include exhibit booth monies), you receive one complimentary badge, and the opportunity to send out a customizable letter from IACP and your company directly to your clients. IACP will work with you on the joint letter and provide only companies at this commitment level the opportunity to distribute the letter including a special discount off/promo code of the full registration price to the Compounders on Capitol Hill. It’s one small way that we can show your clients how working together can achieve great things for all.
