Join us for our December chapter meeting, which will include a holiday social as well as a vote for the 2018 Board of Directors.  We are looking forward to our motivational speaker, Bobbie LaPorte and an afternoon of holiday cheer.

Meeting Description 

In today’s fast-paced and demanding technology workplace, employers need their employees to embrace constant change and risk as opportunities and possibilities for the company and themselves. Employees, on the other hand, often feel stressed and overwhelmed, and not able to rise to all that is being demanded of them in their work and personal lives. Bobbie will share what she has learned in her journey to becoming an Ironman (a race which has 140.6 human-powered miles), and the three keys that will instruct and inspire others to meet the challenges they face. 

There is no CE for this session.

About the Speaker:

Bobbie LaPorte has an MBA from Harvard, and a Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy from IE Business School in Madrid. She has served in CEO, COO and CMO roles in several Fortune 50 companies. She is also an endurance athlete and multiple-Ironman triathlon finisher.
