Overcoming the Blues 

This is an 8-week therapy group designed to assist those experiencing symptoms of depression, provide an understanding of depression and the ways it affects a person’s overall functioning.

The group will provide a safe space where clients can process their experience of depressive symptoms as well as learning and practicing healthy coping skills.

The Restoration Center, Inc. provides professional counseling services by licensed mental health professionals and trained students. We specialize in individual, couple, family, marital and pre-marital counseling. We also provide psychological testing and groups (clinical and psychospiritual).
