Season Extension Course 

Not ready to say goodbye to the garden yet? Want to keep growing and harvesting even while the temperature is dropping? Ready to use some power tools and build some cold frames and hoop houses? Then come and attend the Season Extension course taught by our superstar instructors Karen Young Washington from Rise & Root Farm and Marisa DeDedominicis from Earth Matter!

• Wednesday, August 17 from 6 pm to 9 pm
• Saturday, August 20 from 10 am to 2 pm
• Wednesday, August 24 from 6 pm to 9 pm
• Saturday, August 27 from 10 am to 2 pm

Class Locations:  Just Food Office at 114 W. 47th Street, Suite C1-35 and various locations

Tuition:

As part of our mission to make our courses accessible to everyone in our city, Farm School NYC raises funds and collects donations to cover the subsidized tuition costs that students at Levels 1 and 2 pay to attend. As a result, we have a limited number of spaces available at these subsidized levels, based on what we raise. Please keep that in mind and only choose these levels if you are eligible.

Our class prices are based on having a diverse balance of student income levels. We understand that there are circumstances beyond income, but please understand that our funding is very limited and we are committed to making our courses available to the entire community.

• Level 2:  $120
• Level 3:  $180
