I will be reviewing daily, hourly traffic reports, operator stats and call detail reports to help managers understand changes that will increase profit.  Understanding these reports will show where time need to be spent with each operator and schedule changes that may help reduce abandons. 
 
We must watch our call taking process HOURLY not weekly or even monthly. To make numbers move, it has to be done on the fly.... as it is happening then plan for next day...
